A localised thickening of a seam immediately above the East Carlton Grit has been worked in the Sykes Lane area of Oakworth, near Keighley. The 200 metre long outcrop of the 14 inch (0.36m) thick seam has been traced across Goose Cote Lane at around 740 feet AOD.
