Vertical to a depth of 145 fathoms below surface, its levels are named in fathoms vertically below adit (40fm) down to the 80 fm. Records show between 1823-5 the output was 440 ton of black tin. After that outputs were included with West Wheal Kitty which it had become part of.

In 1910 efforts switched back to Wheal Friendly and the mine was handed to the new National Minerals Corporation. By 1921 is was included as part of St Agnes Consolidated Mines.
