Pits at Swan Lane and Long Lane, sunk c1864. Two shafts at Swan Lane.

Ventilation
Long Lane – Walker “Indestructible” fan 1897/98. 8 feet dia., belt pulley 2 feet 6 inches dia., drive 9 inch wide double belts.
Engine, single cylinder horizontal 14 inches x 24 inches, cut-off slide valves, 10 feet dia. flywheel, bedplate prepared for fitting “duplicate” standby. Steam 60psi.
